Return Period
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving your package without providing a reason.
Please note that your return must arrive at our warehouse within this 14-day period.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Important Information
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for a refund.
However, they may be:
- exchanged for another item from the same collection, or
- converted into a store credit.
Buy One, Get One (1+1) Promotions
For purchases made as part of a Buy One, Get One (1+1) promotion, both items must be returned together to qualify for a refund or store credit.
If you only wish to exchange one item for a different size or color, simply return the item you would like to exchange and keep the other one.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Return shipping costs vary depending on the shipping carrier and the country from which the package is returned.
Return Processing
If you request an exchange when registering your return, we will begin processing your replacement as soon as possible to minimize waiting time.
We aim to process all returns promptly.
Once your package arrives at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 10 business days.
You can use your return tracking number to verify when your package has been delivered to our warehouse. The processing time begins from that date.
Once your return has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
